These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FTW Project website and your purchase of products from FTWPROJECT USA LLC (“FTW Project,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product from FTW Project, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and these Terms apply to that entity.
These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Section 2 — Products and Descriptions
FTW Project sells handcrafted orgonite products including but not limited to the Harmonic Shield phone sticker, Sleeping Pod, Charge Plate, Orgonite Pyramids, Garden Sets, and Orgonite Pendants. All products are made by hand at our workshop using powdered metals, minerals, crystals, and epoxy resin.
Because our products are handmade individually, there may be slight variations in appearance, colour, size, and finish between pieces. These variations are a natural result of the handmade process and are not considered defects. No two pieces are identical.
We have made every effort to display the colours and appearance of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual colours of our products.
All FTW Project products are handcrafted decorative and intentional items rooted in orgonite tradition. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory authority. See Section 9 for full product disclaimers.
Section 3 — Orders and Payment
By placing an order with FTW Project, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. Acceptance of your order occurs when your items are dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout process. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe involve fraudulent activity or inaccurate information.
For free-plus-shipping promotional offers, the customer is responsible for paying the stated shipping cost only. The free product offer is limited to one per household. We reserve the right to cancel duplicate free-offer orders at our discretion.
Section 4 — Pricing and Promotions
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Promotional pricing, funnel offers, and discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer. Time-limited offers are only valid during the stated time window. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
Discount codes and store credits issued through our referral program are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used on our website. Store credits expire as stated at the time of issue. Referral rewards are only credited upon verified completion of a qualifying referral purchase.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and to notify affected customers accordingly.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of order placement. Shipping is included in the stated price of all orders — domestic and international. Orders are shipped from the United States via USPS, FedEx, or DHL at our discretion.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (USA): Typically a few days after dispatch, depending on carrier and destination
- International: Variable, depending on destination country and customs processing
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in our pricing and are outside our control.
Section 6 — Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any item for a full refund of the purchase price. To initiate a return, please contact us at ftwinsiderbiz@gmail.com before sending any items back.
Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that are damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, or returned without prior authorisation.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
Shipping costs paid on free-plus-shipping promotional orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
All content on the FTW Project website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of FTWPROJECT USA LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.
The FTW Project name, logo, and product names including “Harmonic Shield,” “Sleeping Pod,” “Charge Plate,” and related marks are trademarks of FTWPROJECT USA LLC. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.
By submitting a review, testimonial, photograph, or other user-generated content to us, you grant FTW Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
Section 8 — User Conduct
When using our website or participating in our referral program, you agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during checkout or account creation
- Abuse the free product offer by placing multiple orders from the same household
- Misuse our referral program through self-referral, fraudulent accounts, or any form of gaming the reward system
- Post or submit reviews, testimonials, or content that is false, defamatory, or that makes unsubstantiated health claims about our products
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our website or systems
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our website
- Collect or harvest personal data of other users from our website
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website and cancel any pending orders for users who violate these conduct standards.

All products sold by FTW Project are handcrafted decorative and intentional items rooted in orgonite tradition. They are sold as art objects, personal accessories, and items of cultural significance to the orgonite and conscious living community.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, health condition, or medical issue. Our products are not scientifically tested, certified, or approved for any health, therapeutic, or environmental protection purpose by any regulatory authority, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Any statements made on our website regarding the history, tradition, or community use of orgonite and its ingredients — including shungite, crystals, copper, and related materials — reflect the cultural traditions and individual experiences of the orgonite community and are not medical or scientific claims.
Customer reviews and testimonials published on our website reflect individual experiences and opinions. Individual results and experiences vary and are not guaranteed. No customer review or testimonial constitutes a medical claim or warranty of product performance.
Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of our website or its content.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, that you understand the nature of the products you are purchasing, and that your purchase is based on your own personal judgment and interest in orgonite as a cultural and craft tradition.
Section 10 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FTWPROJECT USA LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage of any nature
- Any claim based on the performance or non-performance of our products beyond what is expressly stated in product descriptions
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies on our website
- Interruption or cessation of our website or services
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our products exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 12 — Governing Law and Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with proceedings conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, or via video conference by mutual agreement. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
