Every FTW product is made with the same core powdered ingredients: shungite, steel, iron oxide, brass, and crystal, encased in slow-poured epoxy resin. Every ingredient is ground to a fine powder before each pour — not cut as shavings. The result is a denser, more consistent piece with a smooth, hand-finished surface. All products are durable and weather-resistant. Epoxy resin does not crack or chip under normal use.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund. To initiate a return, email us at ftwinsiderbiz@gmail.com before sending items back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
